Over 14 years ago, I came across your portraits at an Art in the Park event and Montclair. I was stunned by the simplicity and beauty which stood out from many traditional family photographers. We made an appointment for holiday cards and have been coming back steadily through the years. Your work is displayed proudly in our home and our trek to Montclair is our annual tradition. I'm thrilled with the results, experience, and lasting memories that you have crafted with us through the years.
Artists express themselves in different mediums, and for Michael, a true artist, his medium is photography. I enjoyed working with Michael for over 8 years since he took the first photos of my son as a three-week-old baby. We go back to Michael year after year to capture precious moments of my boys' childhood. He manages to capture their essence in those photos. When I look at his work, I feel as if a window opens and I glance back to a time of my children when the photo was taken.
In the age of iPhone and Instagram, taking and sharing photos has never been easier. However, Michael's photos are different from those snapshots. He puts much care and thought into his craft. Watching him work is like watching a master painter.
